Heyyy!!! It’s been quite a long time since my last post.. been working much more for the past few weeks.
So today I wanted to show you an entrée which is perfect for healthy junkies as well as junk food junkies 😛
I usually make this when I have friends over, because I like how it looks, it’s really simple but it really show that some effort has been put on it ;).
Here it is!!
The 4 pack entrée: Hummus, carrot bites, onion&sour cream pringles and salty mix of nuts
Well, I don’t have much to say about pringles,,, I mean, who would! my fave are the onion ones, but choose anyone you like 🙂
Try to buy GOOD quality of nuts. If they are organic, much better!!
for the Hummus and carrots this is what you’ll need:
- one cup of cooked chickpeas (or one cup of canned chickpeas if you had no time for soaking before). Preserve the water from the cooking procedure or from can.
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 onion, cut
- Juice from 1 fresh lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a blender until soft. If the mix is too dense, you can add some water that was used to cook the chickpeas or from the can, until you get the consistency desired.

Just peel 4 carrots and cut them in “finger size” and you are done! 🙂
